Hi Ken. Do you have any recommendations for what I can do about people who sign up and don't show up? It's getting pretty annoying having 80+ people say they are attending and then only 30 show up. ESPECIALLY when they have said they are bringing food for a potluck...Would you mind if I told people who have flaked on my hikes in the past that they are not welcome to attend any of my future hikes?? If they just removed themselves it wouldn't be so bad.

Ken, I was worried we would wimpy hike, but the hikes were just perfect. Everything about JT was great & you deserve so much of the credit. The group was awesome too! Thank you for planning this for us.
