Join one of the top music labels in the recording industry! This position is responsible for the administration of web applications and components. Top 3 technical skills needed to succeed in the position?
Full understanding of the web application life cycle, from development through production release
ASP.NET and Understanding of SQL are primary
Server OS (Microsoft) including IIS, WMI, TCP/IP, permissions
Top 5 daily responsibilities?
Change Management * moving development code changes from Test to Staging and then Production
Working with development staff to troubleshoot issues that arise when existing applications malfunction
Monitor Net IQ alerts and work with Infrastructure team to resolve any issues
Customer Service to the Development groups we support (including building new environments and upgrading existing software when needed)
Liaison between infrastructure (Server Team) and Development Teams. Assist in meeting the development requirements of the business with the infrastructure limitations (Server space, shared environments, Etc.)

Customer service oriented. This individual is the face of the group that is the sole support organization for the development teams.
Ability to work well under pressure from tight deadlines and teams that often want to take shortcuts. Enforcement of corporate standards and change control protocol.
Ability to articulate complex technical issues into easy to understand terms for the sake of non-technical business support staff.
On Call Duties?
We are not a 24/7 support organization so very little if any after hours or on call responsibilities. Work hours will be 10:00AM-7:00PM (PT).
